Mr. Yalkin Demirkaya has twenty years of law enforcement experience as a Detective Investigator as well as a Detective Commander. In addition to his responsibilities as the Commander of the Computer Crimes Investigations Unit, Mr. Demirkaya also served as the Chief Information Security Officer of the Internal Affairs Bureau of New York Police Department. Mr. Demirkaya has been responsible for creation of the first computer crimes investigation unit dedicated to internal investigations in the government sector. Mr. Demirkaya has pioneered and perfected investigative techniques for computer crime investigations. He possesses twenty-nine years of computer experience as a white hat hacker. He is the founder and was the Commanding Officer of Computer Crimes Investigation Unit of the Internal Affairs Bureau, New York Police Department.

Mr. Demirkaya has been responsible for the formation of policies and investigative procedures in the area of computer crime. He is one of the world's leading experts in the field of computer crime investigations. Mr. Demirkaya has extensive experience in investigation of all levels of computer crime. He has successfully investigated and recovered key evidence in numerous cases on a global scale. Mr. Demirkaya has served as an advisor and presenter for law enforcement as well as the legal, business and academic communities on computer security and computer crime issues. He has lectured extensively and provides training in Computer Crime Investigations, Computer Forensics, Network Forensics and Computer Security to Law Enforcement, Legal, Academic and Business Communities. Mr. Demirkaya was involved in large number of high profile Computer Crime Investigations throughout the world. He has supervised and personally conducted thousands of computer crime investigations and computer forensic examinations throughout U.S., Europe and Asia. He is extremely familiar with the rules governing electronic evidence and computer forensics of the U.S., European Union, Italy, France, England and many other jurisdictions. Mr. Demirkaya holds a B.S. in Police Science with Criminology minor and an M.A. in Criminal Justice with Computer Science concentration from John Jay College of Criminal Justice of City University of New York. He is certified by the United States National Security Agency (NSA) as Information Security Assessor. He is a Licensed Private Investigator (NYS#11000141778), Certified Computer Forensics Examiner and Digital Forensics Certified Practitioner (Cert # 210-39-135).

Mr. Charles Campisi has served in the New York Police Department since October 1973, filling a multitude of different roles in the organization. Standing out among the positions he has held are a variety of police operational, investigative, administrative and managerial assignments. He has served through the NYPD ranks in patrol and traffic, as well as in the police academy. Since July 1996, he has been the head of the largest and the oldest Internal Affairs Investigative entity in the world. Mr. Campisi was one of the architects of the NYPD's Internal Affairs Bureau at its inception. Today, the New York Police Department's Internal Affairs Bureau is the largest and most sophisticated corruption fighting organization in the world. There is no other internal investigative unit that comes close to the size and capabilities of the NYPD's Internal Affairs Bureau. Mr. Campisi has served as the Bureau Chief for over seventeen years.

Serving three Mayors and four Police Commissioners as a three-star Chief, Mr. Campisi has served as a member of Interpol's Expert Group on Corruption, and the International Association of Chiefs of Police Internal Affairs Advisory Committee. Mr. Campisi holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology, a Masters of Arts degree in Criminal Justice, and is currently working on his doctorate degree in Criminal Justice at John Jay College. He is also a graduate of the FBI National Academy, Boston University Law Enforcement Trainers Institute, Northwestern University Traffic Institute, Columbia University Police Management Institute and the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University. An innovator in his field, Mr. Campisi has not only developed novel strategies to investigate corruption but has also successfully implemented these techniques, effectively reducing corruption complaints by 61% while the department was experiencing a growth of over 30%. His achievements regarding the issue of public corruption caused Interpol to select him for the Interpol Expert Group on Corruption. On the International stage, Mr Campisi, as a member of numerous Assistance Teams sponsored by the United States Department of State, has worked with and advised Foreign Governments in establishing and strengthening internal controls. In addition, Mr. Campisi has consulted with Legislative bodies both locally and abroad on the enactment of Anti-Corruption Laws that would help disclose corrupt practices, set ethical standards and guidelines, and provide criminal and civil penalties for violations. International acknowledgement of his expertise in the field of policing and, more specifically, corruption prevention, has lead him to lecture about these topics at conferences in numerous countries including Indonesia, Armenia, Poland, Canada, Brazil, Dominican Republic and Hungary, among others. Mr. Campisi has published several articles and chapters on combating official corruption that have been reprinted in several languages and distributed worldwide.

Having served in the Computer Crimes Unit of Internal Affairs in the New York Police Department, Mr. Cruz has been involved in numerous investigations involving incident response, employee sabotage, violations or breech of company policy, sexual harassment via e-mail, instant messaging and other forms of electronic communications, as well as the discovery of hidden evidence and data on company computers and facilities. Mr. Cruz has the ability to take his computer security and forensic training and apply it to investigations of any magnitude. Another specialty of his is processing challenging Digital Crime Scenes where the presence of the digital evidence is not apparent. He has mentored and trained Cyber Crime investigators in the art of identification, preservation and collection of hidden digital evidence. During an extremely sensitive investigation of child pornography, Mr. Cruz has discovered that the individual in question was utilizing the company’s email server to communicate with other known child predators. While working at a NYS Hospital, Ray instructed and trained the Information Technology staff on the proper way of conducting an internal investigation: how to create a case, create a case folder and properly handle electronic medical records so they could be review by the hospital’s counsel.

Mr. Cruz is an expert on all available computer forensic hardware and software solutions by any vendor from any country. He has in-depth knowledge in the design and development of forensic networks, servers and workstations to cope with the different design, processing and storage needs of all available computer forensic software. He has personally re-designed and re-engineered every forensic server and workstation of the Cyber Diligence Computer Forensics Lab and network since his arrival. As a result of this work, a productivity gain of 160% was realized using the same software tools as before with minor hardware adjustments. He has an exceptional understanding of the hardware performance needs of all existing computer forensic software available by any vendor. Mr. Cruz also has conducted controlled testing of all proprietary and commercially available computer forensic software on various hardware designs developed and built to determine optimal hardware solutions to suit different forensic software. Because of the need to deal with large datasets and the nature of forensic processing as approached by different tools, one cannot simply purchase a standard desktop computer and expect it to be sufficient for all forensic software application.

Until his retirement, Mr. Beshlian served as the Commanding Officer of the Computer Crimes Unit, Internal Affairs Bureau, New York City Police Department where he was in charge of managing and supervising all computer crime investigations and computer forensic examinations. Mr. Beshlian has supervised and conducted hundreds of highly sensitive computer crime investigations and computer forensic examinations. Mr. Beshlian has twenty-three years of law enforcement experience as an Investigator as well as a Unit Commander. Prior to being promoted as the Commanding Officer of the Computer Crimes Investigation Unit, he has served as the unit’s Executive Officer under the founder and the unit’s former commander, Mr. Demirkaya. In addition, Mr. Beshlian has spent many years as an Investigative Team Leader, in the NYPD’s Special Investigation Unit, which is tasked to investigate only the highly sensitive and extremely important cases. Mr. Beshlian is an extremely skilled Investigator as well as a Certified Law Enforcement Instructor for New York Police Department in investigative, computer crime and computer forensic fields.

Mr. Beshlian was also responsible for overseeing the security and maintenance of the Internal Affairs Bureau’s classified wide area computer network during his tenure at the NYPD. Mr. Beshlian has served as senior instructor for the NYPD’s Internal Investigations Course that all new investigators assigned to the Internal Affairs Bureau are required to attend. Mr. Beshlian is a certified Law Enforcement Instructor by New York State. Mr. Beshlian has also provided expert testimony in United States Federal Courts on the investigative procedures of the New York Police Department.

Mr. Sarayli is a Forensic Accountant with over 26 years of experience. He is the Director of Financial Investigations for Cyber Diligence, Inc. In this role, he provides fraud investigation and prevention, complex litigation support, and forensic accounting services for a variety of clients. Mr. Sarayli regularly provides consulting and expert witness assistance to attorneys in a variety of litigation matters. As a Forensic Accountant, Mr. Sarayli is responsible for resolving a wide range of allegations of fraud and “white-collar” crime. He has the expertise to obtain evidence, take statements and write reports, testify to findings, and assist in all aspects of helping to detect and prevent fraudulent crime. He determines and documents the amount of losses for the clients, and provides expert witness testimony in criminal and civil proceedings involving the fraud. He then develops methods to help protect our clients from future fraudulent activity.

Mr. Sarayli has twenty years of law enforcement experience as a Police Officer and Detective Investigator, as well as Lieutenant Commander of Detectives. He has served as the Commanding Officer of the Financial Investigations Unit of the Internal Affairs Bureau, New York Police Department (NYPD). During his tenure, he was personally responsible for the expansion of the Financial Investigations Unit and ensured adequate training for its investigators in order to effectively combat the ever-increasing issue of “white-collar” crime. Mr. Sarayli has brought this foresight and experience to Cyber Diligence, Inc., where he applies it to high-technology financial investigations.

Mr. Durmaz is managing director of Cyber Diligence Inc. in the EMEAA region. After graduating from the Turkish Military Academy with a Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, he worked for the Turkish General Command of Gendarmerie in the Cybercrime and Digital Forensics fields for over 20 years as a law enforcement officer. Mr. Durmaz is the founder of the first Cyber Crime Center, as well as the Digital Forensics Unit in the Turkish General Command of Gendarmerie. During his 15-year career, he worked both as a law enforcement officer and as a digital forensics expert witness in more than 3,000 Cybercrime and Digital Forensic cases in 81 cities under responsibility of the Gendarmerie. Mr. Durmaz has directed numerous national and international cybercrime cases as head of the Cyber Crime department in the Turkish Gendarmerie. Mr. Durmaz has been responsible for incident response, seizing electronic evidence, and investigative procedures and forensic analysis in the area of cybercrime as an EMEAA Manager.

Having extensive experience in the investigation of all levels of cybercrime, Mr. Durmaz is one of the leading experts in the field of cybercrime investigations on a global scale. Mr. Durmaz has received national and international special courses and certificates such as Cyber Crime Investigator (NHTCU-London, England), Hi-Tech Crime Investigator (European Union), Digital Forensics (Turkish Gendarmerie), NTFS Forensics (European Union), Mobile Phone Forensics (European Union), Cyber Terrorism (NATO), i2 Analyst Notebook (Turkish Gendarmerie), and Network Security Administrator (EC-Council & Charles Sturt University). In order to broaden his horizons in his profession, he finished two graduate programs: MSc CS in Selcuk University and MPA in Gazi University – with a graduate project of “A Study on Storage Media According to Digital Forensic Perspective,” and a thesis titled, “Sociological Analysis of Cybercrime,” respectively. He has also lectured at Turkish Gendarmerie School Command, Turkish PfP Training Center (NATO), INTERPOL, European and Mediterranean Gendarmeries and Police Forces with Military Status (FIEP), Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE) Turkey Chapter (USIUD), Abu Dhabi Polytechnic University, Lagos-Nigeria-NIBSS, Organization Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) in Baku, Turkish Gendarmerie School Command, Middle East Technical University, Istanbul Aydin University, Gazi University, Ankara University, and the Ankara Bar Association. Mr. Durmaz has written various articles regarding cybercrime, cyber security, and digital forensics, complete with a digital forensic book written in Turkish.

Mr. SARICA (retired Turkish Gendarmerie Officer) is CIO of DIFOSE LLC. He has twenty-three years of law enforcement experience at all levels of Communications and Information Systems (CIS), technological intelligence and counter intelligence at Turkish General Command of Gendarmerie. He also served at EUFOR and NATO as a CIS security and planning specialist. He has a graduate degree on Information Systems at Penn State University in the USA, and has written various articles regarding IT Security, Risks Management, Defense and Cyber Security, Artificial Intelligence, Digital Forensics, Network Forensics, IoT security.

Mr. SARICA has received national and international specialized courses and certificates such as NATO Senior Defense and Security Course, PRINCE2, Physical and Electronic Surveillance Sweep Expert Training, Counter-Signals Intelligence Techniques and Procedures, Computer Network Fundamentals, Network Security Administration, Enterprise Cyber Security Fundamentals, Cyber Security Management, CCNA Security, Digital Forensic, Information Security Incident Handling, Hacking Countermeasures, Phishing Countermeasures, Vulnerability Analysis etc. His last book “Cyber Security: Attack & Defense Strategies” was published October 2019 in Turkey.
